Will it cost anything to get a quote?
No, it won’t cost you a penny. High-Tech Membrane Roofing offers a free, no-obligation site survey, during which we will provide a report on your roof, take measurements and give you a price. You will also have the opportunity to see our product in action and ask any questions you may have.
How does your uPVC, single ply membrane flat roofing compare to other flat roofing solutions?
Our product is not the cheapest on the market, but when you look at quality, durability and value for money, we compare very favourably. Traditional mineral felt, GRP (fibreglass)and EDPM (rubber) are all alternative flat roofing products but our UPVC membrane solutions have been proven to be of superior quality. Our flat roofs are used as standard in the commercial sector, whereas felt, GRP and EDPM are barely recognised.
Will I need to maintain my new flat roof?
No, unlike the majority of other flat roofing solutions, High-Tech Membrane Roofing’s uPVC membranes require no regular maintenance. In addition, you don’t need to worry about protecting your flat roof from the damaging effect of direct sunlight as the membranes are solar reflective.
Am I able to walk on the flat roof?
If you were to choose Protan, our preferred flat roofing membrane, you will benefit from its unique anti-slip finish, which is guaranteed to be unaffected by light foot traffic.
Can you take me through the payment options available?
There are three payment options available:
- Pay in full after installation: we take cash, cheque or all major debit and credit cards apart from American Express
- You can take advantage of our Buy Now, Pay Later option, which means that you don’t have to pay anything for 12 months. Please note that you will incur a £70 fee from Barclays to arrange this
- We can arrange a competitive home improvement package through Barclays
