So you’re interested in finding out more about having a flat roof installed. You’ve contacted us here at High Tech Membrane Roofing and have arranged for a Representative to visit you.
So what should you expect?
Our Representative will visit your home at a time convenient to you. We understand that waiting in for people who are late or don’t turn up at all is incredibly annoying – we’ve been there ourselves! If for any reason they are running late, they or a member of the office team will call to keep you updated.
Experienced and knowledgeable, our Representative will bring brochures and samples so you can see the options available and the quality of our products. If you would prefer to find out more about our roofs before your appointment, you can request a brochure by calling us today.
Our Representative will take you through the products on offer and clarify anything you’re unsure about. They will then get onto the roof, measure up and provide a fixed price there and then. This will include any offers we have at that time, and any contingencies will also be addressed. A written quotation is available on request.
There are certain circumstances that make it impossible for the Representative to price up on the actual day; if this should happen, High Tech Membrane Roofing will send out a surveyor at no cost.
Most importantly, there will be absolutely no pressure placed on you to buy. We understand that a flat roof is an investment and many people need time to deliberate and get alternative quotations before they make a decision. Others may be looking to replace their flat roof in the future and simply need an idea of the costs involved. Some may sign on the day and want the installation to take place as soon as possible.
Whatever stage you’re at, you can be sure that we will provide you with all the information you need without any expectation on the day. Quotations are valid for six months, and after that time we will do our best to match that quote, although this is dependent on any material and product price changes. Alternatively, you are welcome to pay a small deposit to hold the price for as long as you require.
